These terms govern your use of the Deals Copier Chrome extension and the official website at dc.flasktoken.com. By using either, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license to use Deals Copier

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for the purpose of capturing and transforming deal data that you are authorized to access.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape sites in violation of their Terms of Service or robots.txt.
  • Use the affiliate module to misrepresent relationships required by law to disclose.
  • Resell captured data as a dataset without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer or redistribute the extension package.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Sessions can be revoked from your account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid plans, when launched, are billed in advance via PayPal. Refund requests within 14 days of a charge will be honored in full unless substantial usage has occurred. Currency is USD; taxes may apply by region.

5. Intellectual property

Deals Copier, the official site, and the underlying source code remain the property of the project maintainers. Captured deal data belongs to you; we claim no ownership over what you extract.

6. No warranty

Deals Copier is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate scraping across all sites, or fitness for a particular purpose. Affiliate rules and AI translations may be incorrect — verify before publishing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Deals Copier.

8. Third-party services

The site relies on Cloudflare (hosting), PayPal (payments), and Resend (email). Their respective terms govern your interactions with those services.

9. Changes to these terms

We update this page as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the changelog. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
