How do I install the Deals Copier extension?
Head to the Install page and click "Add to Chrome". The extension works on any Chromium-based browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc). After installation, pin the extension to your toolbar and open any product page to start capturing.
Which browsers are supported?
Deals Copier is built for Chromium browsers. We officially support Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox and Safari are not supported at this time.
I can't log in or verify my email.
If the verification email did not arrive, check your spam folder or use the "Resend verification" link on the sign-in page. You can also sign in with GitHub or Google to bypass email verification. For persistent issues, email us with the address you used to register.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Sign in to your account, go to Account → Billing, and cancel your subscription. You will keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. PayPal will also stop charging you automatically.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of your charge and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
Is my captured data sent to your servers?
No. All deal capture (titles, prices, images, copy) happens locally in your browser. Data is only transmitted when you explicitly export or sync it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email [email protected] with a short description, the URL of the page where it happened, and your browser version. A screenshot or screen recording helps us fix it faster.
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely. We read every feature request. Email us with "Feature request" in the subject line and tell us the problem you are trying to solve. The most-requested features get prioritized on the changelog.
